PERSONAL FLOATATION DEVICE CADET VEST

Requirement:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Personal Flotation Device Cadet Vest to be supplied in different sizes.

Technical Requirements
The items must be manufactured in accordance with :
1) Annex B - Specification for Personal Floatation Device Cadet Vest, dated November 2015;
2) Appendix A - Warranty Requirements, Personal Floatation Device Cadet Vest;
3) Appendix B - Technical Bid, Pre-Award, Pre-Production, Production and Quality Assurance  requirements for Personal Floatation Device Cadet Vest
4) Appendix C - Evaluation Form, Personal Floatation Device Cadet Vest, Technical Bid and Pre-Award Mandatory Requirements; and
5) Appendix D - Evaluation Form,Personal Floatation Device Cadet Vest, Pre-Production Mandatory Requirements.

Firm Quantity - (Item 001)
A firm quantity of 1,300 each to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec and 1,100 each to be delivered to Edmonton, Alberta for a total amount of 2,400 each.

Delivery requested: 
All firm deliverables are requested complete by May 2, 2016.

This requirement also include "“As and When Requested” Quantity - Special sizes, 2 each.

Tendering Procedures:
Solely Limited -The bidder must supply Canadian goods.

Enquiries:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date.
