Nature of Requirements: 
This cancels and supercceded the previous Request for Proposal
30055-120001/PR/001, dated April 26, 2012, which was due on June
11, 2012.

Note the change of address for where to return Bid Submissions.
There was an oversight as this was always intended to be a
Competitve procurement.


Requirement:
To provide Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada
(PSEPC) with replacement *Beaulieu carpet ID#TR-19314, Panel 489.

* No subsitutes will be accepted.

Quantity:
Item 1: 10,800 square feet to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario
Item 2: (Option 1): A firm quantity of 10,800 square feet may be
exercised within 12 months after contract award.
Item 3: (Option 2): A firm quantity of 10,800 square feet may be
exercised within 24 months after contract award.

Enquiries:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
