Requirement:

To provide Correctional Services Canada with Ivory, male Shower
Sandals, in accordance with Purchase Description
CAG-2-0910-828a, and the Sealed Sample. To be delivered to
Correctional Services Canada in Laval, Quebec.

Firm Quantity: 
Year one: 39,060 pairs
Year two: 39,060 pairs

Delivery: Year one quantity is to be delivered between April
2015 and May 2015. The quantities per size must be as per
detailed in Annex A.

The maximum option quantity in the amount of 39,060 pairs may be
exercised during a 36 month period from award of Contract.

An addtional quantity of 19,530 pairs may be ordered on an "As
and when requested" basis during a 36 month period from award of
Contract.

Sealed samples, which are provided for guidance only, may be
viewed at the following PWGSC District offices:

Quebec, QC
Montreal, QC
Mississauga, ON
Winnepeg, MB
Edmonton, AB
Vancouver, BC
