Requirement:
This requirement is to procure 15,600 units Tags Identification
Personnel; Square Stainless Steel, NATO Stock Number (NSN)
N8465-21-8992203 to be delivered to Edmonton, Alberta and 
46,800 units Tags Identification Personnel; Square Stainless
Steel, NATO Stock Number (NSN) N8465-21-8992203 to be delivered
to Montreal, Quebec. This item need to be in accordance with
Annex B Product Description and the Annex C Specification
D-87-001-161/SF-001and the Deviations from Specification,. Those
annexes can be find in the Request For Proposal.

Options:
This requirement also include an option to purchase a  maximum
of 249,600 units. Only 4 contract amendments may be issued to
exercise this option.  Each of the four (4) amendment will be
limited to a minimum of 31,200 units and to a maximum of 62,400
units. The option will be valid for a period of 36  months after
contract award. 

Delivery:
Delivery of the firm quantities is requested completed by June
30th 2014.

This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and
is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.

Enquiries:
To ensure a response before bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority, at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the bid closing date.
