Requirement:
This requirement is to procure 150 aviation aircrew survival
vests to be delivered to  450 Mattawa Trail, Petawawa, Ontario
and  80 aviation aircrew survival vests be delivered to 735
Passchendale, Petawawa, Ontario. This item need to be in
accordance with Annex B statement of work # W6399-14-FC36, Dated
March 19, 2014. This annex is included in the Request For
Proposal.

Option:
This requirement also includes a 5 years option to purchase a 
maximum of 500 aviation aircrew survival vests. Each of the
option years will be limited to a maximum of 100 aviation
aircrew survival vests. This option will be valid for a period
of 60 months after contract award. 

Delivery:
Delivery of the firm quantities is requested completed 6 months
after contract award.

This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and
is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.

Enquiries:
To ensure a response before bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority, at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the bid closing date.
