Shipping Instructions - Delivery at Destination 
1.   Goods must be consigned to the destination specified in the
Contract and delivered:

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), The Central Band of the CAF, 16
Spitfire Private, Ottawa, Ontario K1V 7M9. Incoterms 2000 for
shipments from commercial contractor. 

Delivery - Appointments
The Contractor must make deliveries to 16 Spitfire Private,
Ottawa, Ontario K1V 7M9  (The Central Band of the CAF) by
appointment only.  The Contractor or its carrier must arrange
delivery appointments by contacting the Depot Traffic Section at
the appropriate with the WO Julie ArchambaultTéléphone
613-991-2113.  The consignee may refuse shipments when prior
arrangements have not been made.

Enquiries:
To ensure a response before bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority, at least ten (7) calendar days
prior to the bid closing date.
