Requirement:
This requirement is to procure 4000 meters of Cloth Synthetic Fibre & Polyvinylch to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec.

Option - Additional Estimated Quantities:
This requirement also includes two (2) options to purchase additional quantities.  
Year 1 is exercisable within 24 months from contract award.
Year 2 is exercisable within 36 months from contract award.

Specification:
The requirement is detailed at the Annex A.
All firm deliverables are requested complete 30 calendar days after a written notice of approval of the pre-production samples.

Enquiries:
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
