Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: This amendment is raised to confirm testing requirements and change the closing date to November 1st 2016. ------------------------------------------------------ ENHANCED COMBAT UNIFORM W8486-163213/A Lafleur, Mario Telephone No. - (873) 469-3173 Fax No. - (819) 956-5454 Requirement: The Department for National Defence has a requirement to purchase Trousers and Coat in Canadian Disruptive Pattern Temperate Woodland (CADPAT TW) which are to be manufactured in accordance with the Annexes B, C, D, E, F, G, patterns, drawings and sealed samples. one (1) pre-award sample of the Coat in size 7040 and one (1) pre-award sample of the Trousers in size 7034 and fabric sample CADPAT (TW), test results, the certificates of compliance must be included with the bid. In order to receive Technical Data Packages against this solicitation, bidders must provide the following details with their request: - Company Name - Complete mailing & physical address (p.o. box numbers not acceptable) - Area code and telephone number - Contact name - E-mail address - Solicitation Number & Closing Date and send their request (by facsimile message or e-mail) to the following: E-mail : mariolafleur@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca or Facsimile Number: 819-956-5454 Itis imperative that the request be done as soon as possible to ensure timely receipt. Notwithstanding Canada must not be held responsible for untimely release ofthetechnical data. Firm Quantity: The firm quantity requirement is for 30,000 coats and 64,600 Trousers to be delivered to Montreal and Edmonton. Delivery of the frim quantity is requested to start 45 days after approval of the pre-production samples. "As and when requested" Special: The total estimated quantity is 200 coats and 200 trousers to be ordered during a period of 48 months from contract award on an "as and when requested" basis. Option: This requirement also includes two options topurchase an additional estimated quantity of a minimum of 50% and a maximum of 100% of the firm quantity each year. Canadian Content: This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and is solely limited to Canadian goods. Enquiries: All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
