    Requirement:
    
    This requirement is to procure 87 blinds to be delivered and installed to Ottawa, Ontario for Industry Canada.
    
    Delivery and Installation Required (Mandatory) - Firm Quantity 
    All firm deliverables are requested complete on or before March 31 2017 and the installation must be done not later than 30 days after the goods have been delivered
    
    Special Instruction:
    
    MANDATORY SITE VISIT 
    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site to take measurements and to check if the frames can accept the goods requested in this solicitation. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held on December 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m EST at 3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada for the Building 2B. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 3 days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and providethe names of the person who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
    
    INSTITUTIONAL ACCESS FORM 
    Bidders must complete and submit the document in the Annex C - visitor clearance request for domestic visitors to the Contracting Authority by email to mario.lafleur@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca or by fax to 819 956 5454. The form is to be submitted by December 9, 2016 at 2:00 p.m EST. Please fill in the form clearly in block letters and add your email address or/and your phone number. You will not be able to attend if for any reasons you have not submitted your form in time.
    
    QUESTIONS DURING SITE VISIT
    You can send in your questions prior to the visit up to two (2) calendar days before the site visit or seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. No questions will be answered during the visit. Bidders will be invited to submit their questions directly to the Contracting Authority by email to mario.lafleur@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca or by fax to 819-956-5454.
