    Requirement:
    This requirement is to procure 248 Jacket Buoyancy Aid to be delivered to Edmonton, Alberta and 252 Jacket Buoyancy Aid to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec.
    
    Option:
    The options may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority for a minimum of 50% of the firm quantity up to a maximum of 100% of the firm quantity per option, distributed amongst the items and will be evidenced through a contract amendment.
    
    Year 1:
    The Contracting Authority may exercise the option within 12 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor.
    
    Year 2:
    The Contracting Authority may exercise the option within 24 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor.
    
    Year 3:
    The Contracting Authority may exercise the option within 36 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor
    
    Specification:
    The requirement is detailed at the Annex A.
    
    Delivery Required (Desired) - Firm Quantity
    The contractor must deliver fifty percent (50%) of the firm contract quantity no later than one hundred thirty-five (135) days following approval of all pre-production requirements.
    
    The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the firm contract quantity must be delivered no later than seventy-five (75) days from the first fifty percent (50%) (210 days following approval).
    
    Enquiries:
    All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
