    This amendment is raised to extend the solicitation and to make changes in the request for proposal (RFP).

    Requirement:
    This requirement is to procure 400,000 meters of Type I of tracing tape to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec and 275,000 meters to be delivered to Edmonton, Alberta and 100,000 meters of Type II of tracing type to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec.
    
    Option:
    Each option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority for a minimum of 387,500, up to a maximum of 700,000 per amendment, distributed amongst destinations and will be evidenced through a contract amendment.
    
    Option 1:
    The Contracting Authority may exercise the Option 1 within 24 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor.
    
    Option 2:
    The Contracting Authority may exercise the Option 2 within 36 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor.
    
    Specification:
    The requirement is detailed at the Annex A.
    
    Delivery Required (Desirable) - Firm Quantity:
    All firm deliverables are requested complete by July 1, 2018.
    
    Enquiries - Bid Solicitation:
    All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
