Requirement:
This requirement is to procure 4 754 Sunhats to be delivered to Edmonton, Alberta and 7 131 Sunhats to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec.

Option:
Each option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority for a minimum of 5 942, up to a maximum of 11 885 per amendment, distributed amongst destinations and will be evidenced through a contract amendment.

Option 1:
The Contracting Authority may exercise the Option 1 within 24 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor.

Option 2:
The Contracting Authority may exercise the Option 2 within 36 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor.

Specification:
The requirement is detailed at the Annex A.

Delivery Required (Desirable) - Firm Quantity:
All firm deliverables are requested complete by July 31, 2018.

Enquiries - Bid Solicitation:
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
