This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number 21120-152534/A dated December 5, 2014 with a
closing of February 4, 2015, 02:00pm. 

Requirement:
The Department of Correctional Services Canada has a requirement
for the purchase of a firm quantity of 2,424 inmate ankle boots
in accordance with the Purchase Description detailed at Appendix
"1" of Annex "A" of the Request for Proposal document.

In addition, the resulting contract includes the option to
purchase inmate ankle boots on an "as and when" requested basis.
The period for placing "as and when requested" orders will be 24
months from contract award date. 

The resulting contract also includes the possibility to exercise
the option to order additional quantities of the inmate ankle
boots within 24 months after contract award date.

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP); the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

Enquiries:
To assure a response before the closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the closing date.
