REQUIREMENT:
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase a firm quantity of 4,035 Helicopter Tactical Crew Shirts and 5310 Helicopter Tactical Crew Trousers to be delivered in Montreal, Qc and Edmonton, AB. 

In addition, the resulting contract includes the possibility to purchase special sizes of the Helicopter Tactical Crew Shirtand Trousers on an "as and when" requested basis. The period for placing "as and when requested" orders willbe 36 months from contract award date. 

The resulting contract also includes the possibility to exercise, up to a maximum of (2) options, for the purchase of additional quantities of shirts and trousers. Option 1 will be available to exercise within 18 months after contract award date. Option 2 will be availableto exercise within 36 months after contract award date.

This requirementis subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
