Nature of Requirements: 

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to January, 4th, 2018.

REQUIREMENT:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement to purchase Gloves, Duty, Insulated Male & Female which are to be manufactured in accordance with Purchase Description PD-PC-26 dated 2017-06-23. 

CONTRACT FIRM QUANTITY: 
Item 1 - 696 pairs of Gloves, Duty, Insulated, Female
Item 2 - 4716 pairs of Gloves, Duty, Insulated, Male

It is requested that the first shipment of the firm quantity be made within 45 calendar days from written notice of approval of pre-production samples and that all delivery be complete by June 29, 2018.

ESTIMATED QUANTITY (AS AND WHEN REQUESTED)
Item 3 - 152 pairs of Gloves, Duty, Insulated, Female Regular sizes
Item 4 - 352 pairs of Gloves, Duty, Insulated, Male Regular sizes

The estimated quantities may be ordered on an as & when requested basis by the RCMP for a period of 48 months from the effective date of the contract award date.

OPTIONS:
This requirement also includes three (3) options to purchase additional Gloves for male and females, each of the three (3) options has estimated quantities as follows: 
302 Pairs of Gloves, Duty, Insulated, Female 
706 Pairs of Gloves, Duty, Insulated, Male

CANADIAN CONTENT POLICY:
The requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.

ENQUIRIES:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date
