Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Managed Clothing Solution - Parks Canada 5P004-180503/A Felix, Juneldan Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for a Managed Clothing Solutions (MCS). Brief Description The MCS provides end-to-end management of the Parks Canada supply chain the provision of uniforms and related accessories, from acquisition and/or manufacturing to inventory management to distribution. It will include professional and design services as well as configuration management. The successful bidder will supply Parks Canada with a complete supply chain management approach that encompasses program management services, professional services, manufacturing, warehousing and inventory management, order processing and management, and distribution and delivery. The MCS will also provide an online Uniform Ordering and Database Management System or use by Authorized Users who will order items for Direct Delivery to the address of their choice. National and international deliveries may be required by the successful Bidder; destinations will only be specified at time of order. Period of the Contract The contract period will be for an initial period of 3 years from the date of the contract, with the option to extend the term of the contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year period under the same terms and conditions. Trade Agreements The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements Some uniforms have destinations where the CLCAs are applicable. The Indigenous Procurement Policy Development and Interpretation Division of the Acquisitions Branch of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) was consulted and the applicable areas will be notified of the procurement when the RFP is published on Buy and Sell. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
