The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to purchase Rucksack Assemblies (43 items).

The resulting contract will order items, on an as-and-when-required basis, using a Requisition on Contract (ROC) process. Each ROC will order a minimum of 100 units of any one Item.

The resulting contract will be for a period of 2 years, with three optional one-year periods, and will include a minimum work guarantee.
