    Dobby Weave Fabric
    
    Requirement:
    This requirement is for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for CORCAN-Correctional Service Canada, Agassiz, B.C for the supply of Dobby weave fabric. The estimated usage is 10,000 meters per year.  Only one (1) RISO may be issued as a result of this RFSO.
    
    The item must be manufactured in accordance with the following technical requirements:
    
    Fabric, 100% Cotton, Dobby weave. 
    Colour: Storm blue: Pantone 17-4716TC. 
    Weight: 270 grams per square meter (min 260 g/m2, Max. 300 g/m2) 
    Width: 150 cm +/- 5%
    
    Fabric must be supplied in 50 meter rolls, individually wrapped in plastic.
    
    
    Period of Standing Offer
    The Standing Offer will be valid from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of one (1) year with the possibility to extend for two (2) additional one-year period.
    
    Orders
    Orders will be issued on an "as & when requested" basis from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of one (1) year.
    
    Delivery:
    Delivery must be completed within 60 calendar days from receipt of the call-up document. The fabric must be delivered to CORCAN Institution.
    
    Mandatory Technical Criteria
    The bidder must submit two (2) pre-award samples of the item and test results of fabric with their bid. One (1) metre in length, full width must constitute one (1) pre-award sample.
    
    
    Canadian Content Policy:
    This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods. If two (2) + bids offer Canadian goods, other bids will not be considered.
