    The Department of National Defence’s (DND) Directorate of Soldier Systems Program Management (DSSPM) is responsible to provide individual clothing, equipment and weapons for soldiers, sailors, and aviators of the Canadian Armed Force (CAF) to enable the achievement of their mission domestically and on operations.
    
    This requirement is intended to provide Modernized Combat Uniform Coats (MCU) and Trousers to the CAF in order to meet these obligations. 
    
    In order to increase efficiency and reduce lead times in deliveries, Government-supplied Material will be provided to the Contractor to manufacture the garments.
