REQUIREMENT:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for Outerwear in accordance with the RCMP specification G.S.1045-298, dated 2019-11-25, Jacket, Patrol, Unisex in accordance with the RCMP specification G.S.1045-301 dated 219-11-25, Trousers, Inclement and Stripes in accordance with the RCMP specification G.S.1045-307 dated 2019-11-25, Parka, Inclement and Hood, Cold Weather
in accordance with the RCMP specification G.S.1045-310 dated 2019-11-25, Jacket, High Visibility
Jacket, Patrol, Unisex, Auxiliary: in accordance with the RCMP specification G.S. 1045-381, dated 2019-11-25, patterns and viewing samples.

"AS & WHEN REQUESTED" QUANTITY
The requirement includes an estimated quantity which may be ordered on an "as & when requested" basis by the RCMP for a period of 48 months from the effective date of the contract.  Canada is not obliged to request any such goods and the quantity of "as and when requested" goods is only an approximation of requirements.
OPTIONS
The requirement also includes Three (3) options to purchase an additional quantity.
PRE-AWARD SAMPLES AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION:
Pre-award samples, component samples, along with supporting documentation (Certificates of Compliance and test reports) will be requested after the bid closing from the lowest bidder.

VIEWING SAMPLES:
Viewing samples will be provided to bidders who are requested to provide pre-award samples after bid closing.  

CANADIAN CONTENT POLICY:
This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and is solely limited to Canadian origin goods.

ENQUIRIES:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
