The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 9350 Sweater, Pullover, V-Neck in accordance with RCMP Specification No: G.S. 1045-087 dated 2021-03-18. 

The requirement includes four (4) options of 2,500 sweaters as well as special orders of 100 sweaters which can be exercised within 12, 24, 36 and 48 months of contract award, respectively.

Bidders interested in this requirement must advise the Contracting Authority in writing before the Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) closing date.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) and Specifications will be distributed by the Contracting Authority after the NPP closing date to the Bidders who advised the Contracting Authority before the NPP closing date. Bidders who advised the Contracting Authority after the NPP closing date will not be invited to participate to this RFP.  

Bidders are required to provide the email address where the RFP should be sent and to indicate their preferred language (English or French) to receive the RFP and Specifications.
The RCMP viewing sample and patterns will only be available to bidders that are requested to submit a pre-award sample.

This requirement is subject to Government Available Material (GAM).
 
This requirement is solely limited to Canadian Goods. 

The responsive bid with the lowest total evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only).
