    COLLEGE LEVEL TEACHING SERVICES IN SUPPORT TO THE ROYAL MILITARY
    COLLEGE SAINT-JEAN
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) will be
    soliciting industry to deliver college level teaching services
    in support of the Department of National Defence's (DND) Royal
    Military College (RMC) Saint-Jean. It is Canada's intention to
    solicit industry, through a competitive Request for Proposal
    (RFP), for those services detailed under the draft Statement of
    Work (SOW) which is available by communicating with the
    Contracting Authority named below. This request is targeted at
    the different colleges accridited by the ministère de
    l'Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport du Québec (MELS).   This
    requirement is expected to be for a one-year period plus  four
    (4) year of options.
    
    Requirement
    
    Under the contract, the prime Contractor willbe required to
    provide a portion of the teaching staff required to support one
    of the two college programs offered at the RMC, provide services
    in support to the registrar, provide the services of an
    individual pedagogical advisor, evaluate the academic files of
    the student registered at the RMC Saint-Jean and admit them in
    the revelant college program, register the student files with
    the MELS, evaluate and approve the teachers course plans in the
    two programs, grant the credits for the course that were
    successfully completed by the students registered in the college
    program,  issue cumulative report card in the name of the
    students registered, ensure that the clients programs satisfy
    the requirement to obtain a college degree as required by the
    MELS, recommend the issue of a college diploma to the students
    that satisfy all the requirement.   
    
    Industry Day
    
    Interested bidders are invited to attend an Industry Day that
    will be held in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu on  April 25th, 2013 at
    10:30AM in the DeLery building located at Royal Military College
    Saint-Jean, 15 Jacques-Cartier North, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu,
    Qc, J3B 8R8.  We therefore request that, if an interested bidder
    wishes to participate in the Industry Day, no more than three
    (3) members of that organization are sent.  
    	
    Interested bidders to Industry Day or  Submissions of Information
    
    If an interested bidder chooses to attend the Industry Day, a
    response including the names of the attendees, must be provided
    to the PWGSC Contracting Authority by 16:00 EDT on April 22,
    2013.
