This amendment is raised to answer questions that were raised during the solicitation period.

The Department of National Defence (DND) requires seven (7)  Automated Coagulation Analyzers (ACA) to perform laboratory tests for detectionof blood clotting abnormalities. The requirement include options to purchase additional units, on-site operator training and vendor location service training.

Delivery will be made to Petawawa, ON and is requested on or before May 30, 2017.

The Automated Coagulation Analyzer  must meet all of the requirements listed in Annex "A" of the RFP in order to be deemed compliant.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
