Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: REQUIREMENT: PALLET LARGE SCALE IMAGING SYSTEM Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for one Pallet Large Scale Imaging (P-LSI) System for use at marine and land border ports-of-entry. The P-LSI System is to conduct non-intrusive inspection of palletized cargo. The P-LSI system will be procured in accordance with and as described in Annex A of the Request for Proposal(RFP). Bids will be accessed against mandatory requirements and point-rated criteria. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Resulting Contract will have an irrevocable option to purchase: a) additional P-LSI systems until 31 March 2023; b)extended warranty including maintenance and support services for up to eight (8) additional one (1) year periods; and c) a perpetual enterprise license for Image Analysis Software after contract award. A Bidders' conference will be held at the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Science and Engineering Directorate, 79 Bentley Ave, Nepean, Ontario, Canada on August 17, 2017. The conference will begin 10:00 EST, in the Large Boardroom. Delivery of the initial purchase is requested on or before March 31, 2018. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
