Requirement: Radiation Detection Portal Replacement Parts

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for the supply of Radiation Detection Portal Replacement Parts, on an "as and when requested" basis, in accordance with the Requirement detailed in Annex A.   Delivery will be made to the Canada Border Services Agency at two locations in Ottawa, Ontario.

Bidders may submit a bid for one or more of the line items listed in Annex A.

Delivery for the initial requirement under Year 1 must be received no later than 29 March 2019.

Canada anticipates one or up to twenty contracts may be issued. The period of the Requisition on Contract (ROC) is from date of Contract award to 31 March 2021.

The estimated quantities, per item, is detailed at Annex A and is only an approximation of requirements given in good faith.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
