The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has a requirement for one Microarray Scanner system including manuals, installation and training for delivery to Ottawa, Ontario.

Delivery must occur within 30 days of contract award.

Bids will be assessed against the requirements of the solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for contract award.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposals process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
