Steam Autoclave Unit

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has a requirement for the supply of one steam autoclave unit for the containment biosafety level-2 zoonotic bacterial pathogen facility in Ottawa, ON. Due to frequency of use, volume of material autoclaved daily, and regulatory status of many bacterial cultures handled within this facility, the autoclave must be a free-standing floor model. 

The contractor must provide all of the following:

1.  A steam autoclave unit including all accessories and power supplies necessary to make the  steam autoclave work and operate in accordance with the Mandatory Technical Requirements;
2.  One thermal printer;
3.  One onboard electronic steam generator;
4.  Loading equipment rack and shelves including all trays and accessories for holding glassware in  the steam autoclave unit;
5.  Delivery of the steam autoclave unit to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada 960 Carling Ave.  Ottawa, ON;
6. One year warranty including on-site Verification, Calibration, Repair and Maintenance Services;
7. On-site training at Agriculture and Agri-food Canada 960 Carling Ave. Ottawa, ON; and
8.  Operating and training manuals in English.

Delivery Date:
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31 2021.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
