National Research Council Canada has a requirement for the
supply and installation of two (2) Surface Plasmon Resonance
(SPR) instruments and two (2) Isothermal Titration Calorimeters
(ITC) with user training for up to 4 people for deliveries to
Ottawa, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec.  The delivery is required
by 31st March 2013.

The required surface plasmon resonance (SPR) is the only
commercially available instrument which has noise levels
