Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply
of 3 Mobile Digital X-Ray systems with user training for up to 4
Diagnostic Imaging Technologist per unit.   The delivery is
requested on or before 31st December 2015.

The requirement also includes an irrevocable option to purchase
up to 4 additional units and optional items (2 and 3) within
five (5) years after contract award.     


This amendment is raised to modify the option increase the
additional units 	from 3 to 4.
Delivery Date: 22/06/2015

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
