The Soil Microbial Assessment and Genomics Laboratory (SMAGL) of the Biological Assessment and Standardization Section (BASS) of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirement for a steam sterilizer to support laboratory based soil microbiology and genomics research. The requirement is to be delivered to Ottawa, ON by March 29, 2019.

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number K2A51-190406/A dated 2018-01-14 with a closing of 2019-01-18 at 14h00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.

This bid solicitation is limited tendering for a period of 10 days in accordance with North American Free Trade Agreement Article 1016 Limited tendering Procedures paragraph 2, a. An entity may use limited tendering in the absence of response to an open or selective call for tenders.
