REQUIREMENT:
Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) - Emergency Services Depot has a requirement for supply and delivery of sharp containers for COVID-19. The Sharp Containers must be made in accordance specifications listed in the Request for Proposal. These items will be delivered to Ottawa, ON.

The requirement must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements and mandatory technical evaluation criteria, as specified in Annex A of the Request for Proposal.

FIRM QUANTITY: 250,000 with various sizes.

OPTION QUANTITY:
This requirement also includes optional quantities as per Canada’s needs. The option may be exercised within 12 months after contract award date. The Option can be exercised at Canada’s sole discretion.

DELIVERY
Delivery of the initial purchase must be received on or before October 30, 2020.

AWARD
Canada reserves the right to award multiple contracts.
