The Department of Health Canada (HC), National Monitoring
Section (NMS) of the Radiation Protection Bureau (RPB) requires
a gas-proportional counter (GPC) for rapid and reliable
quantification of alpha and beta emitting radionuclides in
environmental samples obtained across Canada including
installation, training and manuals as per specifications
detailed in the Request for Proposal.

Delivery and installation must be no later than March 29, 2013
to Ottawa, Ontario.

procurement.
