The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
supply one (1) Electron Multiplying Charged Couple Device Camera.
Device is to be integrated into a space surveillance telescope.
Time stamping of images is to be achieved by the camera control
software referencing the control computer clock. The computer
control clock is steered by a separate GPS system in order to
ensure accuracy of time.

for Proposal Documents.
The delivery is requested by Ocotber 1, 2014 to Ottawa, Ontario.
