The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, have a requirement for
the supply of various gases through a cylinder exchange program
for a one (1) year period.

Delivery will be made to the Canadian Nuclear Safety Committee,
Ottawa, Ontario.

The various gases and terms of the cylinder exchange program
must meet all the mandatory technical requirements stated in the
RFP as attached in Annex A.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
