    The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from April 1,
    2014 to April 9, 2014 at 02:00PM EDST.
    
    The time zone of the Solicitation Closing Date has been changed
    to read Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT) in lieu of Eastern
    Standard Time (EST).
    
    The Department of National Defence have a requirement for the
    supply of three thousand (3000) Sea Markers...NSN
    N6850-21-8770651 100480850.  
    
    Delivery will be made to Victoria, British Columbia and Halifax,
    Nova Scotia.  All deliverables are requested on or before May
    30, 2014.
    
    The Sea Marker, Fluorescein must meet all the mandatory
    technical requirements stated in the RFP as attached in Annex A.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
