The Public Health Agency of Canada, Emergency Response Services 
Division has a requirement for the supply, installation, manuals and training of fifteen Ultra-Low Temperature Freezers.  An irrevocable option to purchase up to an additional fifteen Ultra-Low Temperature Freezers within five years of Contract award has been included.

Delivery will be made to Ottawa, Ontario and is requested on or before March 3, 2016.

The Ultra-Low Temperature Freezers must meet all the requirements stat
ed in the RFP.
