The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission of Canada has a requirement for 
a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of compressed gasses and the 
rental of their associated cylinders on an “as and when” requested basis. 

The Regional Individual Standing Offer will be put in place for one year from date 
of issuance with an option to extend for up to two (2)additional one (1) year periods.

The compressed gasses and the rental of their associated cylinders must meet all the requirements stated in the RFP in order to be deemed compliant.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
