The National Research Council Canada has a requirement for the supply of a Simultaneous Absorbance/Transmission and Fluorescence Spectrometer, which must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements and the mandatory evaluation criteria. All the deliverables must be received 6 weeks after contract award.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
