Nature of Requirements: 

Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) - Energy Technology Sector CanmetENERGY has a requirement for palladium(II) nitrate hydrate (1.6kg) and tetraammineplatinum(II) nitrate (1.3kg) powder precursors, that must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements. All the deliverables must be received on or before July 29, 2022.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price on an aggregate basis will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
