Nature of Requirements: 

Health Canada, Product Safety Laboratory needs to acquire one automated pH and titration system equipped with a controller with specialized applications to assess corrosivity hazards of consumer products and cosmetics.  This acquisition includes installation and training of analysts who will operate the instrument. This requirement has to be in accordance with the Annex A of the request for proposal document and has to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario.

This requirement also include an optional requirement to extend the warranty by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
