Request for Standing Offers (RFSO)/Canadian Collaborative Procurement - Initiative (CCPI) NMSO Acoustic Doppler Velocimeters K3431-220253/B Faguy, Mylène Telephone: 873-355-5879 Mylene.faguy@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca -There is no security requirement associated with this solicitation. -The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA),the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). -The Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements will apply. Requirement Canada has a requirement to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the supply and delivery of Acoustic Doppler Velocimeters, to Authorized Users on an as and when required basis. The period for the Standing Offer will be three (3) years with the option to extend for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions of the Standing Offer. Below is a list of provinces and territories who have shown interest in making call-ups against the Standing Offer: • The Government of the Province of Ontario • The Government of the Yukon Territory • The Government of the Province of Nova Scotia • The Government of the Province of Manitoba • The Government of British Columbia Sourcing The Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements will apply. Policies relating to the International Sanctions and Employment Equity will be adhered to. Note to Bidders The bidders must submit firm unit price. All prices must be submitted in Canadian currency. Customs duties are included and applicable taxes are extra. Evaluation Process The mandatory criterion are company profile, manufacturer authorization, offeror contact information and the product offering - firm prices. If at any time prior to NMSO issuance the evaluation team determines that one or more proposed products do not comply with the instructions contained within this RFSO, the offer could be declared non-responsive and no further consideration will be given. The Offeror must submit firm prices that will apply for the entire period of the Standing Offer including any option periods. All prices must be in Canadian dollars, customs duties and excise taxes included, applicable taxes and delivery excluded. Basis of Selection For each responsive offer, the point-rated financial and technical evaluation criteria will be added to arrive at the total evaluated score. For evaluation purposes, Offerors will be ranked according to their Total Evaluated Score. Inquiries To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
