    REQUIREMENT:
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for Non-medical disposable masks. The disposable masks must be made in accordance specifications listed in the Request for Proposal. These items will be delivered to Winnipeg, Manitoba. 
    
    The requirement is detailed in the solicitation documents (pdf) available at the bottom of the page.
    
    This Request for Proposal is strictly limited to Aboriginal Businesses.
    
    FIRM QUANTITY: A total of 25,000,000 units will be procured via the award of multiple contracts. These contracts can range in quantity from 1 to 10 million units each.
    
    OPTION QUANTITY:
    This requirement also includes optional quantities as per Canada’s needs. The option may be exercised within 12 months after contract award date. The Option can be exercised at Canada’s sole discretion.
    
    DELIVERY
    The delivery of the firm quantity must be completed by August 14, 2020. The firm quantity is as stated in Article 6.4.2 of the RFP (20% of total). 
    
    AWARD
    Canada reserves the right to award multiple contracts.
    
    PRE-AWARD SAMPLES AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION:
    Pre-award samples and supporting documentation must be submitted at the date and time of bid closing and at the location indicated in the Request for Proposal.
