Amendment 001 has been raised to provide answers to questions from industry and modify the bid solicitation.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), Ottawa Lab Carling (OLC) has a requirement for the supply of one (1) Direct Mercury Analyzer. Delivery and installation to Ottawa, ON should be on or before March 31, 2020. Bidders must meet the mandatory requirements detailed in the Request for Proposal.

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to one year after delivery and acceptance inclusive. Canada has the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions.
