A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.(The solicitation B was canceled before publication).

Rotational Rheometer

Description:
Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for the supply and installation of a rotational rheometer, This requirement includes training, manuals, warranty and maintenance services for one year. The requirement includes 4 additional optional years for warranty and maintenance services.

All the deliverables must be received on or before sixteen (16) weeks after contract award.

Bids will be assessed against the requirements of the solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for the contract award.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposals process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages.
