    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
    requirement that involves the repairs to the floating dock
    installation and steel pipe pile supports at Port Latour in
    Shelbourne County, NS.
    
    The work includes but is not limited to:
    
    1. Disassembly of the floating dock system from the existing
    piles, gangway and underwater concrete anchor blocks.
    
    2. Repair deteriorated steel pipe piles with new reinforced
    concrete splice.
    
    3. Re-secure floating docks to existing under water concrete
    anchor blocks and pipe piles using existing connection hardware.
    
    4. Reinstall existing dock to dock connections including decks
    spans between docks.
    
    5. Revise the connection bracket location when reinstalling the
    bracket connecting dock #1 to pile "b" to ensure equal clearance
    around the perimeter of the pile.
    
    6. Replace the timber components on the existing steel gangway
    using new treated timber and galvanized hardware. Sizes to match
    existing. Re-assembly of the complete floating dock system and
    adjustment of all dock connections. 
    
    All elements of work must be completed by November 3, 2014.
    
    The estimated cost of this procurement is $100,001-$250K 
    
    This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
    (ATI).
    
    The resulting Contract will not be used for deliveries within a
    Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area (CLCSA).
