Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires
proposals from Engineering Consultants for professional services
required to produce necessary design documentation (ie. Drawings
& a NMS based specification) for the installation of a new steam
boiler plant at the Atlantic Climate Crop Research Centre in
Mount Pearl, NL. The design is to also allow for the removal of
the existing boiler plant and the removal/remediation of any
existing asbestos containing materials (ACM's) in the boiler
room. 

This is to include:

- The preparation of an Asbestos Containing Material Survey. 
- Develop the ACM abatement specifications sections for
inclusion in the main specification package.

Four (4) firms are invited under the Mechanical and Electrical
Engineering Supply Arrangement E0225-150564 speciality services
in
Newfoundland under Mechanical Services in accordance to
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Supply Arrangement
E0225-150564/A.
