    Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement that the work will consist of dredging, construct service area expansion on west side of existing wharf, construction of a pile wharf, installation of two additional floating wharfs and two strong arms, removal of salvage existing rip rap and much more. Please see Specification for a complete detail listing of the requirement.
    
    All elements of the work must be completed by March 31st, 2018.
    
    Please note: Mandatory Requirement
    Bidders must submit a completed Floating Plant Form attached with their bid, failure to do so will rendered the bid non-responsive and no further consideration will be given.
    
    Site Visit: There will not be a site visit as it is assessable to the public.
