    Public Services and Procurement Canada has a rquirement that the work 
    will consist of extending the existing rubblemound breakwater at the 
    Department of FisheriesandOceans Small Craft Harbour facility in 
    Gunning Cove, Shelburen County, Nova Scotia.
    
    Please see Specification for a complete detail listing of the 
    requirement.
    
    All elements of the work must be completed by January 31st, 2018 from 
    date of notificationof acceptance of the offer.
    
    Site Visit: There will not be a site visit as this site is assessable 
    to the Public. 
    
    Pricing: Combined Pricing: Unit pricing and lump sum however please 
    note:
    Cash Allowance: The following outlines the unit of measurement of the 
    cash allowance items as indicated in the tender documents :As per 
    Section 01 29 00 Project Particulars - Division 35
     #13. Electrical System Modifications : All bidders are to carry a lump 
    
    
    sum $20,000 allowance for allcosts levied by the power utility.
