Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans - Small Craft Harbours (DFO-SCH), has a requirement for work that involves construction of an upland containment cell (dredge material management site) for the Toney River Small Craft Harbour (SCH), Toney River, Antigonish County, Nova Scotia. 
The work includes but is not limited to: 
 .1 Construction of containment cell. 
 .2 Construction of access road. 
 .3 The project is scheduled to be completed on or before December 15, 2021.

There is no site visit for this requirement as its accessible to the public.
