SNC Lavalin Malcom Pinto Engineering Limited CBCL Liimited Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking proposals from consultants for the investigation of the St. Peters Canal Walls in St. Peters, Nova Scotia. NOTE: The Heavy Civil Supply Arrangement is subject to an annual refresh.
